Priced Per Firm, Not Per Seat.

Every plan includes every feature and unlimited viewer accounts for your reviewers, owners, and AHJs. The only differences are the project/user caps and the support SLA.

Founding offer: use code FKTRIAL2026 at checkout for 6 months free on any plan. No expiration date announced.

Active users (Admin / Manager / User) can create, edit, generate, and execute. Viewers have read access and commenting. Viewer accounts are unlimited on every tier — invite every reviewer, owner, AHJ, and contractor at no additional cost.

Unlimited viewer accounts on every plan

Add unlimited stakeholders — reviewers, owners, contractors, AHJs — as viewers with read access and commenting. They do not count against your active-user limit.

Every plan includes the full cloud platform.

You do not upgrade to unlock cloud features. You upgrade when you outgrow the active-user or active-project caps, or when you need enterprise deployment and support. Everything below is on Starter on day one.

Specification-grounded generation

AI drafts test steps from your uploaded specs, submittals, and sequences of operation.

Standards traceability

NETA, NFPA, IEEE, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute — every step cites the clause.

Source-document conflict detection

Contradictions between specs/submittals/sequences are flagged before generation.

Coverage analysis & gap detection

Automated coverage report by category, standard, and equipment.

FPT & IST generation

Functional Performance Testing and Integrated Systems Testing as distinct scripts.

Equipment topology & relationships

Parent-child, source-path, redundant-mate, and control-dependency modeling.

Digital field execution

Signatures, evidence attachments, timestamped steps, offline-capable PWA.

Script certification workflow

Preparer / Reviewer / Approver signatures and audit trail.

QC documents & workbook

Receipt inspections, startup sheets, witness forms, compiled QC workbook.

Inspection & test plans (ITP)

Phase-gated milestones, hold points, and witness expectations.

Readiness dashboards

System, level, and project-wide readiness reporting for stakeholders.

Deficiency & punch-list tracking

Auto-create deficiencies from failed steps; retest workflow built in.

19 system types

Electrical, generator, mechanical, fire/life-safety, controls, plumbing, security.

L1–L5 commissioning workflow

Gate-enforced progression from factory witness to integrated systems testing.

Compliance profiles

Data Center · Commercial Mission Critical · Healthcare · Federal Civilian · DoD UFGS · Custom.

CUI / FOUO data classification

Export-protection controls aligned with federal handling expectations.

Procore document sync

Pull spec sections and submittals directly from Procore.

OCR for scanned documents

Scanned PDFs and image-based drawings pass through OCR automatically.

Exports: PDF, CSV, JSON

Deliverables and data exports for owners, auditors, and downstream systems.

Audit logging on every action

Authentication, subscription, project, script, and export events recorded.

Air-gapped on-premise — custom quote

For restricted or classified programs, CxScript Pro deploys on your own hardware with a local LLM and zero external calls. This is a separately scoped, custom-quoted engagement on top of an Enterprise subscription — every classified environment is different, and the quote reflects your accreditation, hosting, and support requirements. No competitor offers this at any price.

Why teams choose CxScript Pro

Reduce manual script-development effort, improve consistency across systems and levels, and give owners real readiness reporting — without adding another fragmented workflow tool.

Faster Procedures

Script drafting in minutes per system instead of days per system. Engineers stop copy-pasting from the last project and start reviewing.

Greater Consistency

Every step traces to a standard. Variability between engineers, projects, and systems collapses when the drafting engine is the same for all of them.

Clearer Readiness

Readiness reporting by system, by level, and project-wide. Owners stop chasing percent-complete numbers and start seeing what is actually ready.

Less Rework

Source-document conflicts surface in prep, not at witness testing. Failed steps auto-populate deficiencies with full context — no double-entry.

Actual results vary by project size, scope, source-document quality, and review requirements. For a typical mid-sized mission-critical project, Enterprise subscribers recover the annual plan cost on the first script-generation pass of the year.

How CxScript Pro compares

Flat per-firm pricing matters most as your team grows: per-seat platforms get more expensive with every hire, while your CxScript Pro bill stays put.

Pricing questions

Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Plus both include a 30-day free trial. Your payment card is not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends with no billing impact. Enterprise does not carry the 30-day trial — you can subscribe online directly, or schedule a call and we will run a scoped pilot on a real project first.
How does the FKTRIAL2026 code work?
Enter FKTRIAL2026 in the promotion-code field at checkout and your first 6 months of billing are 100% free, on any plan and either billing cadence. It applies after the standard free trial ends — so on Starter or Plus, your card is not charged until the trial plus six free months are over — and you can cancel any time before then with no billing impact.
What is the difference between the three tiers?
The core cloud platform is included on Starter, Plus, and Enterprise. The primary differences are active-project caps, active-user caps, and support SLA. Air-gapped on-premise deployment for restricted programs is a separately scoped, custom-quoted engagement on top of Enterprise.
What counts as an "active" user vs a viewer?
Active roles (Admin, Manager, User) count against your plan limit and can create, edit, generate, and execute. Viewer accounts are read-only with commenting — unlimited on every plan. Invite your reviewers, owners, AHJs, and contractors as viewers at no additional cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Plus to Enterprise at any time through the in-app billing portal. Prorated billing applies. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is available on every tier. You pay once per year and save 2 months versus monthly ($1,500/year for Starter vs $1,800 billed monthly; $4,500/year for Plus vs $5,400; $6,500/year for Enterprise vs $7,800). Switching to or from annual is handled through the in-app billing portal.
What are your support response times?
Starter includes email support with a 1-business-day response. Plus includes priority support with a 4-business-hour target response for operational issues. Enterprise includes a named account manager and priority onboarding.
Can CxScript Pro be deployed on-premise for classified or restricted work?
Yes. An air-gapped on-premise deployment is available to Enterprise customers with restricted-handling or classified program requirements, as a custom-quoted engagement scoped to your accreditation and hosting needs. The on-premise build uses a local LLM with zero external calls. Contact us for scoping.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. After 30 days, project data is permanently deleted per the retention policy in our Terms of Service.
Do you work with federal agencies and DoD contractors?
Yes. CxScript Pro includes compliance profiles for Federal Civilian and DoD UFGS (01 91 00.15), CUI / FOUO data classification, and export-protection controls. For FedRAMP or ATO requirements, contact us — the air-gapped on-premise deployment path is typically the fastest route to authorization.
